Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours before check-in will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

How to Cancel a Booking

• Logging into their account on the website/app
• Contacting customer support
• Emailing the reservation team

Modification of Bookings

Date changes are subject to room availability and may involve a price difference.
Any modification within 24 hours of check-in may be treated as a cancellation.

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions, the hotel reserves the right to modify or waive charges on a situational basis.
