Cancellation by the Department

In case the reservation is cancelled by the department, a 100% refund of the room rent will be made.

Cancellation by the Guest

Guests may cancel their booking subject to the following refund conditions:

• If the booking is cancelled by the guest at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled date of visit, 50% of the room rent will be refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date of visit, no refund will be made.

Refundable Amount

In case of cancellation, only the room rent will be considered for refund.

Applicable transaction fees and GST (5%) are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Payment & Transaction Charges

All bookings are made through online payment methods such as Net Banking, UPI, Debit Cards, and other supported payment options.
