Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the room’s cancellation policy.
A refund is processed only if the booking meets the cancellation timelines stated below.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
In such cases, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
No-Show Cases
If a guest does not check in on the booking date and no prior cancellation is made, no refund will be issued.
