⚠️ Important Booking Notice

While making the payment for booking, visitors are advised to wait for the booking confirmation message. If payment is succesful and booking confirmation message is not received, Please contact the admin @ 8789592574. Visitors should not worry about the money deducted (payment success) in case of booking failure, as the money will be automatically refunded as per the RBI norms in 7 working days.

Booking policy and Instructions

  • The AC in this room is temporarily unavailable due to an electrical issue.
  • Every guest must submit a photocopy of their identity card at the time of check-in.
  • This reservation is provisional and may be canceled at any time during the reservation period if necessary. In such a case, guests must vacate the room immediately.
  • Only two adults and one child (up to 10 years of age) are allowed per room.
  • Only married couples are allowed as per policy.
  • Carrying flammable substances, gas cylinders, or stoves is strictly forbidden.
  • Carrying single-use plastics or thermocol items is strictly prohibited.
  • Playing loud music is not allowed.
  • The consumption of alcoholic drinks and smoking is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed inside.
  • Rooms for pre-wedding shoots are available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM only, limited to six persons per room, at a fixed charge of ₹2,625/-, subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions.
  • Booking is subject to availability of rooms.
  • Guests are advised to check the availability of rooms before booking.
  • Booking is allowed in advance up to 2 months only; beyond that it is not permitted.
  • No booking is allowed on Mondays as maintenance is carried out in the cottages.
  • Booking is provisional and may be cancelled at any time due to administrative exigency.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is to be done online by any of the means viz., Net banking, UPI, Debit cards etc.
  • Applicable transaction fee and GST (5%) are payable and are deducted along with the room rent.
  • Transaction fee and taxes are non refundable.
  • In case of cancellation, only room rent is refunded in the following manner:
    • Full refund (100%) is made in case of cancellation by the department.
    • 50% refund in case of cancellation by the guest at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled date.
    • No refund will be made if cancellation is done within 48 hours of the visit date.
